The center is responsible for power
and water supply for the port and part of the city. It owns one
110kV substation, one 35kV substation, twenty-six 10kV substations
and one waterworks with a daily flow capacity of 100,000 cubic
meters. The center is staffed with an excellent technician team
specialized in water supply and drainage and power supply works
construction.
